Staffing: 1 specialized Luqaimat Chef (“Luqaimat Lady”) preparing and frying live

Regag Station (Savory & Sweet)

The Food: Paper-thin, crispy Emirati regag bread cooked live on a hot iron griddle.

Toppings:

  • The classic trio: egg, Kraft cheese, and Oman chips

  • Additional options: mahyawa (fermented fish sauce), honey, zaatar

Staffing: 1 professional chef to prepare, fill, and fold the regag live

  • Setup: Traditional-themed table setup (Sadu fabric or rustic wooden style)

  • Disposables: Small serving bowls, wooden picks, and napkins
