Awesome hotel, beutiful location & good food.I came to know frm one of the staff that their GM Mr. David is a kindest person on earth hence all the staff are very happy to work with him which makes this hotel a better place for guest & staff.
But certain staff in Reception & Sales are un-polite turning into a bad day.

My experience is worthwhile. I had comfort in reading inside my.room, and good Internet to carry out my assignment and business. My room view gave me much inspiration, seeing moving cars filed in lines with lights on, couple with the city.

The hotel has helpful staff who go the extra mile to make one’s stay comfortable and cared for. The housekeeping staff, incredibly, were accommodating. Breakfast was sumptuous. Every team member (from the guard at the entrance to the porters I happen to pass in the corridor) has been constructive. Additionally, the room in which I am staying is lovely. The hotel rooms were quite spacious. The ambience and surroundings are good. The hotel is well-maintained in terms of hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel is also well organized in service of anything. Staffs are genuinely courteous.

I could not speak more highly about this hotel! My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and were greeted with some of the best customer service. Not only did our host upgrade our room but he also provided some incredible food recommendations! I will definitely stay here again.

Was there on a business trip. I would say the location is very good close to all the prime areas like Dubai Mall, Metro station, worldtrade center. Room design , cleanliness & amenities are nice. Service is good and prompt.
Uber and taxi service availability is very quick

Truly loved the amenities, though an old hotel and under renovation when we visited but still able to keep the luxurious and comfy feeling plus all awesome and friendly staff. And the gym was small yet an exquisite. Definitely will come back!

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson Water Front in Dubai. We traveled with our two young kids and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We particularly appreciate Liza at the Business Lounge who was simply amazing and provided highest quality customer service.

I stayed for 10 nights here in Radisson Hotel.It was very comfortable and memorable.From breakfast to pool, room cleaning everything was perfect.I had a great time here . Special thanks to Subarna for taking care of my room every day . He was so kind and helpful. Thank you for making my stay very comfortable.

One of the best hotels in dubai.
Very clean, the service was amazing, i had a complain about construction noise on the bay, the next day they upgrade me to higher room on the other side.

We had our quilting retreat here, and were very impressed with the location, conference room facilities, food and service. We will go back there for sure. A big thank you to all the staff who assisted..

Centrally located, its a 12-15 min stroll from the Dubai Mall and the Burj. The hotel felt safe and clean. There are a few eating options on sight, a small mini mart right next door to the property, a market around the corner and food delivery is also an option.Its about 20-25 mins away from the Gold Souk and the airport, plus taxis are always available at the hotel. There is a pretty popular night club on sight too. I would definitely stay here again! Moderately and comparably priced. Book your room today!
