They have 2 towers, one is the residential and the other is the hotel and there is a garden and a pool that connects them. The hotel apartment is cozy and spacious plus with all furniture and amenities. They accept long and short term.

Value for money. It’s a bit far away from downtown, but…big rooms ,very very comfortable beds and pillows,AC works perfect and for me it’s 2 things most important. Bathroom is fine as well.

Amazing , I had a big variety of fresh seafood ranging from shrimps , lobsters , fish , mussels ,sushi , drinks and dessert and all were absolutely delicious , the staff are all very friendly , I totally recommend it to seafood lovers.

This place is in good location near Mall of Emirate. It considers in the middle of new Dubai between Dubai Mall and miracle village. However I didn’t like the room service because they don’t change towels regularly and they don’t replace.

I’ve been living here for over a year. The hotel rooms are very clean and very modern. Security is very good here. Maintenance maintains the rooms very well. The cleaning staff including Milon and his staff do a great job at keeping the rooms clean. He always takes good care of me.

I like the hotel, my evaluation items are: the staff is polite but not friendly (except Heytham of course).
The rooms are clean but a little bit date. The balcony on higher levels is fantastic and the view is unique, especially at night.
And finally the breakfast! A meal that’s so clean and ordered. Trust me and book your room breakfast included, it will be full of surprises for you.

Stayed here for 13 nights, and the room was clean & comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location too. They provide free shuttles to some places. Highly recommended.

The staff were helpful and the room was kept clean and tidy by the hotel cleaning team I spoke with Bala Who was so polite and accommodating. The pool area is decent for relaxing around the gym is small but had a good selection of weights and cardio machines and an area for stretching.
