I called the number on their website and the person who picked up was extremely rude, very disappointing and disrespectful and he also started screaming at me. Do not recommend elements at all save your money and time by not making efforts to contact and cater from them

Very bad service! Food was not enough they cooked most of them in my house which was not what we discussed. They came late and want to go early. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Missing food from the quotation which I paid 100% in advance. Plates, decoration are in bad condition. Literally everything was not what we expected and no explanation from the Manager named Shane!

Bravo ! The team at Elements Catering truly made our party fabulous. All I heard from our guests was how wonderful the food and how they have never been to a party before with better food. The team are true masters at what they do. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Slow service, but the manager doesn’t understand catering when it comes to events. Don’t try to be clever: smaller menus, don’t cook to order and just plan better basically.
